Special Management Program Formation

January - February 2026

We are updating our Mosquito and Whitetop Special Management Programs.

To participate, landowners must sign a consent form and enter into a cooperative agreement with HSCWP.​

​

These programs are replacing all of the past permissions and agreements for treatments, and are open to all county residents. We will be contacting landowners about participation options as soon as possible.

The program will be finalized at the monthly board meeting in March.
